The Little Growers Online Community has been designed to be as simple and straightforward to use as possible.  There are five  main features:

1) BLOGS: these are text updates that you can simply type and save to your profile to let us know what you are up to.  These act like a diary update...

2) PHOTOS: you can create your own photo albums and upload images of your growing project to share with other schools across the UK and worldwide.

3) MESSAGING: each school has their own profile and inbox, you can send other schools and projects messages about what they are up to, questions or advice you may wish to share with them and they can reply back.  This encourages communication between growing projects and schools worldwide.

4) POINTS: every time you upload a blog or photograph you earn points for your project.  These are displayed on your profile in the form of the red chillies.  The points can then be used to gain free equipment for your project, provided by Little Growers.  Points mean prizes so the more you keep us informed the more you can gainf or your school!

5) COMMENTS: you are able to write comments and suggestions on other schools' posts and text.  Comments could be advice on the topic discussed, helpful hints or your own experiences.  Its great to discuss gardening with other schools and share our mistakes and successes!

So please do use your Online Profile regularly so that we can all see what your project is up to and offer advice, support and encouragement whilste aring your points for free equipment.  Good Luck and if you experience any problems please email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
